We all get busy, and from time to time forget that eating right is the key to looking and feeling good.

I had moments during the clearing up of pizza boxes when I made resolutions to become all healthy, eat right and exercise, and all that. Sat down and built a whole program. Where did it end up? In the trash.

SMALL & GRADUAL LIFESTYLE CHANGES ARE PROVEN TO BE MORE EFFICIENT.

Start with a feasible goal: just one healthy cooked meal a week. If you're already doing that, then resolve to learn a new healthy meal per week. The key is to start small and score big.
