This book will help beginners, or omnivores, to overcome their fears of vegetables. You have lots of yummy options for dinner that doesn’t feature animal-based ingredients.
I also liked the foreword explaining the nutritional logic behind incorporating more plants in your diet.
One word of caution: vegan master chefs may find this book not challenging enough for them - they’ve seen it all. But it wasn’t intended for them!
